Rachana L Pai, studying in class VIIC at DPS Bangalore (East), appeared for the ABRSM's (of UK) Grade 2 Piano Practical Exam held in Bangalore in the last week of November. This was held at the Theme Music Institute, Koramangala and was supervised by Mr. Richard Lewis, a musician and examiner from ABRSM. Rachana scored 135 and was declared the topper in the state of Karnataka.
